Fishing Tours- What to Bring
A guided fishing trip includes the guide, the boat, the tackle, bait and snacks/water. You will need to bring warm layers of clothing, sunglasses and sunscreen along with rain gear including rain coat and pants and a hat. The weather is predictably unpredictable so plan ahead and be prepared for whatever Mother Nature plans for the day.
Due to the amazing prevailing winds, the river may become unpleasant for fishing usually beginning in the afternoon. This being said, the best time to fish is between sunrise and 1 or 2 in the afternoon.
Trips are done with conventional tackle. Fly Fishing and fly fishing lessons are available as well.
The only things not included are your fishing license and guide gratuity.
